É muito legal, estou aprendendo dicas incríveis, como por exemplo ralar cascas de limão com um plástico sobre o ralador (oe?!?), e por mais incrível que pareça, dá certo! (sim, acreditem). Na última aula aprendi a famosa pasta americana, que amanhã iremos cobrir e confeitar um bolinho com ela (hey!). Depois conto, juro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  &gt;A foto abaixo é da penúltima aula, que fizemos pão-de-ló de chocolate, com recheio de mousse e cobertura de chantilly. Sim, um mini brownie de chocolate, com recheio de charge. Tem como não ficar bom??&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Quando vi essa receita no &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://cinarasplace.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;blog da Cinara&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;, fiquei louca para fazer, e já corri comprar os charges. Porém, as coisas foram ficando meio enroladas e os charges esquecidos. Foi quando no final de semana passado minha cunhada disse que estava com vontade de comer brownies. Desligue o fogo e espere ficar morna, cubra o mousse. A massa ficou perfeita! Essa eu recomendo e muitoo! Resolvi fazer essa receita porque finalmente encontrei o tal "limão siciliano" aqui na minha cidade. Fiquei louca pra fazer, e como estava a procura de uma receita pra fazer no meu aniversário (que foi no dia 23/09), então decidi por ela!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Gente.. realmente fica muuuito bomm! O perfume do bolo é maravilhoso!! E o sabor, é como a Fer (do blog) disse, diferente e picante! Vale a pena experimentar. Foi um sucesso em minha "festinha"! rs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Bom, apenas para dar uma incrementada a mais, resolvi fazer uma cobertura para o bolo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Pré-aqueça o forno em 350ºF/ 176ºC e unte uma forma bundt—ou qualquer outra dessas redondas com um furo no meio (eu fiz na redonda normal, de aro removível), com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha de trigo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Numa vasilha misture com o batedor de arame a farinha, o cacau, o fermento e o sal. Na batedeira, coloque a manteiga e o açúcar e bata em velocidade média, até a mistura ficar bem fofa [mais ou menos 4 minutos]. Adicione os ovos, um por vez, e continue batendo. Junte a baunilha (não usei, porque não tinha) e bata por mais dois minutos. Vá colocando a mistura de farinha com uma colher grande e alternando com o vinho, até os ingredientes ficarem bem incorporados. Coloque a massa na forma untada e polvilhada com farinha e leve ao forno por 45 minutos. Remova do forno, deixe esfriar e então vire o bolo numa travessa. Não deixe esquentar demais, senão o chocolate acaba separando da manteiga. Reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:4.7pt"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;2. Numa panela pequena, misture o creme de leite, o açúcar, a glucose e o sal. Leve ao fogo médio até levantar fervura. Deixe ferver por 1 minuto e retire do fogo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;3. Derrame aproximadamente 1/4 da mistura de creme de leite sobre o chocolate, misture bem até ficar homogêneo. Procurei várias receitas, encontrei receitas ótimas, várias delas no &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://technicolorkitchen.blogspot.com/"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Technicolor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;, mas.. como ainda sou "pouca prática" tinha que escolher alguma receita simples para começar, né? Então resolvi fazer essa que encontrei no site da &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.nestle.com.br/"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Nestlé&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;. Enquanto isso, ligue o forno em temperatura baixa (150° C) e deixe-o aquecendo. Desligue então a batedeira e peneire, aos poucos sobre o creme, a farinha de trigo, o sal e o bicarbonato, misturando delicadamente com um batedor de arame de modo a obter uma massa lisa e homogênea. Por último bata as claras em neve e incorpore-as à massa. Unte com manteiga duas assadeiras grandes e coloque nelas pequenas porções de massa (use como medida uma colher de chá bem cheia de massa), mantendo uma distância aproximada de 8 cm entre cada porção. Decore cada cookie com um pedacinho de Chocolate Meio Amargo e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 35 minutos, ou até eles assarem por igual. A massa fica um pouco irregular. Unte forminhas para muffin e coloque a massa até ¾ da altura das forminhas. Asse até que inserido um palito no bolo, este saia limpo. Unte o papel com manteiga e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque a manteiga e o chocolate amargo numa panelinha e leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo até derreterem. Retire do fogo e deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;Junte os ovos, o açúcar e a baunilha na tigela grande da batedeira e bata até obter um creme claro. Usando uma espátula de borracha/silicone, misture os ingredientes derretidos.&lt;br /&gt;Peneire a farinha, o cacau e o sal sobre o creme de chocolate e misture com a espátula. Acrescente os chocolates branco e ao leite picados e misture bem. Despeje na forma preparada e leve ao forno por 35-40 minutos ou até a superfície firmar – se você assar demais a consistência do brownie ficará totalmente diferente.&lt;br /&gt;Deixe esfriar, remova da forma com a ajuda das “alças” de papel alumínio e corte em quadradinhos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rend.: 16 unidades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"
